Hiring.af Refund Policy

1. Introduction

   1.1. This Refund Policy governs the refund process for employers who purchase services from Hiring.af, including job postings and related features (collectively referred to as the "Services").

   1.2. By purchasing Services from Hiring.af, you agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

   2.1. Refunds may be available under the following circumstances:

       - Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues preventing you from utilizing the purchased Services, and Hiring.af is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

       - Service Unavailability: If the Services you purchased become unavailable due to circumstances beyond your control, and Hiring.af is unable to restore the Services within a reasonable timeframe.

       - Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the Services provided by Hiring.af, subject to the conditions outlined in Section 3.

3. Refund Requests

   3.1. To request a refund, you must contact Hiring.af customer support within 15 days of the purchase date.

   3.2. Your refund request must include a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund and any relevant supporting documentation.

   3.3. Hiring.af will review your refund request and may request additional information as necessary to process the refund.

   3.4. Hiring.af reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 2 or that are fraudulent or abusive in nature.

4. Refund Process

   4.1. If your refund request is approved, Hiring.af will process the refund within 5 days of approval.

   4.2. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

   4.3. Hiring.af is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your payment provider in connection with the refund.

5. No Refunds for Partial Use

   5.1. No refunds will be provided for partially used Services.

   5.2. If you have used any portion of the Services, you will not be eligible for a refund for that portion.

6. Changes to this Refund Policy

   6.1. Hiring.af reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Hiring.af website.

   6.2. It is your responsibility to review this Refund Policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
